In 2001, as a result of our long association as a supplier to the UK Rail Industry, The Needham Group was appointed exclusive agents in the UK for Scheidt & Bachmann GmbH, Fare Collection Systems Division.
Subsequently, we have successfully implemented systems solutions in the light rail, heavy rail and bus sectors within our territory. Systems encompass self-service ticket vending machines, gating systems, smart card systems and a comprehensive and fully scalable back-office system called the CSS (Central Support System).
