Your Role


Working as part of the digital marketing team, you’ll be responsible for effectively interpreting and conveying the group’s products and services with the ultimate aim of increasing leads across the group via improved SEO, brand promotion and recognition:


  • Produce new original content for group websites, structured to abide by up-to-date SEO practises
  • Create new artwork for advertising and internal projects as required (Photoshop / Illustrator)
  • Work to maintain and improve online advertising (SEO / PPC / Social)
  • Assist in the creation and management of email campaigns
  • Improve existing online content, adding rich data and enhancing SEO
  • Assist in the creation product literature, labels, brochures, manuals, documents, business cards etc.
  • Monitor analytics, identifying and enacting usability improvements on group websites (CRO)
  • Create and deliver regular progress and performance reports
  • Assist in the monitoring and administration of online review platforms
  • Research and create target keywords for Google Adwords, utilising and sculpting content for quality ranking
  • Assist in the creation of graphics and motion advertising


About You


To be successful at this role you will have a proven track record of driving and managing SEO campaigns and will have some of the following skills/experience:


  • Creative writing along with a level of editorial experience
  • Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaign content
  • Understanding of social media platforms
  • Knowledge in online conversion, usability and customer experience strategies, toolkits and theories
  • A proven track record in driving and managing SEO campaigns
  • An up-to-date knowledge of SEO practices, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
  • Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are ideal)
  • A good working knowledge of paid advertising
  • A flexible / adaptable approach to work
