OUR CODE OF CONDUCT

High ethical standards and shared values are cornerstones of business at The Needham Group.   We work according to a code of conduct that not only describes the standards that apply in every division of the company, but it also guides the behaviour of every person at The Needham Group.

The Needham Group expects its employees to live by the values: Honesty, Entrepreneurship, Responsibility and Quality.

Where no legislation or rules govern personal conduct, each employee must exercise due care and sound judgement.

Discrimination and harassment, are unacceptable at The Needham Group.

Colleagues, customers, and other business partners must be treated with fairness and respect.

Comply with all regulations, rules and laws applicable to the business, it's staff and its relationship with its customers.

Whenever in doubt, employees should raise their questions with a superior or another responsible staff member.

Ensure that actions comply not only with the letter but the spirit of this code of ethics and foster a culture in which Then Needham Group operates.
